This privacy policy applies to Arulad Borchu Systems LLC (Borchu Systems, "we") and the mobile applications and web platforms we develop and operate (the "Services"). We respect your personal data and process it in accordance with the Law of Mongolia on Personal Data Protection.

• Account information: name, phone number, email address.
• Order and transaction information: products/services ordered, delivery address, payment status (we do not store card details — payments are processed by licensed payment service providers).
• Location information: in apps with delivery features — to perform and track deliveries, only with your permission.
• Technical information: device type, app version, error logs — to improve service quality.

• To provide the Services, fulfill orders, and perform deliveries

• To improve service quality and security
• To report where required by law

3. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share it only in limited circumstances: with partners strictly necessary to provide the Services (e.g., payment service providers, delivery contractors), or with competent authorities where required by law.
